8 oz egg noodles
5 oz corned beef
1 can (14.5oz) sauerkraut with caraway seeds, drained
2 c (8oz) shredded swiss cheese
1/2c 1000 Island dressing
1/2c milk
1 tbsp mustard
2 slices pumpernickel bread
1 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 13x9 pan. Cook noodles and drain. Cut corned beef into bite-size pieces. Combine noodles, corned beef, sauerkraut, &ceese in large bowl. Pour into dish. Combine dressing, milk, and mustard. Spoon over noodles mixture. Tear bread in large pieces. Process in food processor utnil crumbs. Combine bread crumbs and margarine. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake uncovered 25-30 min.
