Cream Cheese Filling:
8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
1 Egg
1/3 c Sugar
1/8 t Salt

Cupcakes:
1 c Chocolate Chips
1 1/2 c Flour
1 c Sugar
1 t Soda
1/4 c Cocoa
1/2 t Salt
1 c Water
1/3 c Oil
1 T Vinegar
1 t Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Place cream cheese, egg, 1/3 cup sugar and 1/8 teaspoon salt in a bowl, beat well and stir in chocolate chips. Set aside. Beat all remaining ingredients until blended. Fill cupcake liners 1/3 full. Top each with a heaping teaspoon of cream cheese & chocolate chip mixture. Bake at 350 for 25 - 30 minutes.
