6 boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs
2 6-oz pkg lemon yogurt
8 oz shredded parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Coat chicken breasts or thighs in lemon yogurt. Then roll them in shredded parmesan cheese. Place in 9 x 13 baking pan sprayed with olive oil. Leave in refrigerator for at least 2 hours (preferably overnight). Then cook in 350 oven for 40-50 minutes.

The longer this marinates before cooking, the better the flavor. We sometimes found the leftovers had a great flavor the next day.
