6 medium potatoes, cooked and skins pulled and sliced thin
1/2 c. onion
1/2 pint sour cream (1 cup)
1/4 lb. butter (1 cube)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1-1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese (reserve some)

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients except potatoes over stove. Pour blended mixture over potatoes and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.
