1 1/2 c flour
1 c brown sugar
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp lemon extract
dash salt
1 egg
1/2 tsp soda
1/2 c pumpkin
4 T butter
1/2 c each chopped walnuts and raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg and lemon extract. Beat well and add alternately dry ingredients and pumpkin. Stir in nuts and raisins. Drop by teaspoon onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
