2 (8oz) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
dash of salt
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 cup sour cream
5 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp Amaretto

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese, sugar and salt on med. to high speed until fluffy. Add eggs 1 at a time, beating well. Add almond extract.
Pour into ungreased 7" springform or 9" pie plate.
Bake 7" - 40-50 min at 350
Bake 9" - 25-30 min at 350
Blend sour cream, sugar and amaretto well. After cooling cake 20 min. spread on this mixture and bake 10 - 15 min. more. Serve cold and garnish with slivered almonds.
