5 tbsp butter
1/3 c brown sugar
1 c flour
1/2 c sugar
1 (8oz) cream cheese
1 egg
2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and brown sugar. Add flour and mix well. Set aside 1 cup of mixture for topping. Press remainder in bottom of 8x8 pan. Bake 350 for 10-15 minutes. Blend sugar and cheese till smooth. Add egg, milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Beat well, spread over bottom crust. Sprinkle with reserved 1 cup topping. Return to oven bake 25 minute more. Cool refrigerate.
