1 medium head cabbage, shredded
1 tsp salt
1 carrot, grated
1 red pepper, cut fine
1 green pepper, cut fine
1 c vinegar
2 c sugar
1 tsp mustard seed
1 tsp celery seed
1/2 c water

Directions:
Directions:
Let first ingredients stand 1 hour in colander and then press. Bring last 5 ingredients to boil and cool. Then pour over cabbage and freeze.
