1 cauliflower, cooked and chopped
3 1/2 tbsp butter
5 tbsp flour
2 c milk
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/2 c cream
1/2 c swiss cheese
1/4 c gruyere cheese
2 tbsp fine bread crumbs
2 tbsp grated swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and chop cauliflower. Make white sauce by melting 3 1/2 tablespoons butter and adding flour. Cook until flour is cooked and gradually add milk, salt and pepper. Cook until thick; then fold in cream and cheeses. Fold in cauliflower. Pour into a casserole and sprinkle bread crumbs and 2 tablespoons swiss cheese. Bake at 375 until hot and bubbly about 30 minutes.
