4 c. rhubarb cut into small pieces
1/2 c water (boil until tender cool a little then add)
1 c sugar (Mix sugar, cornstarch together)
3 T Cornstarch
red food coloring
1 1/2 c flour
1 c chopped pecans
3/4 c butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
1st layer: 1 1/2 c. flour, 1 c. chopped pecans & 3/4 c. butter mix all 3 and bake 350 degree 20 min let cool. 2nd layer 8 oz. cream cheese, 1 c powdered sugar 6 oz.. cool whip. Mix with electric mixer and place on top of 1st layer. 3rd layer- put cooled rhubarb over above. 4th layer 6 oz cool whip on top and sprinkled with fine chopped pecans
