6 red bell peppers, 2 lbs. ground round, 14.5 oz can Italian diced tomatoes, 1 egg, 2 cups minute rice, 1 onion diced, 1 tsp minced garlic, salt and pepper to your taste.

Cut top off peppers and clean out, add remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well, fill peppers and place in a large oval (5 qt) crockpot. Pour 1 cup of water in the bottom of crock pot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
