1/4 c, egg sybstitute (use 1 egg beaten)
1/3 c. grated parmesian cheese
1 Tbls fat free milk]
2 Tbls flour
fish fillets

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cheese & four. Dip fish in egg and milk then cheese & four mixure. Place on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake 350 degree until fish flakes easily with fork.
