3/4 C. all purpose Flour, 1/2 tsp. Baking soda, 1/2 tsp. Clove, 3 large eggs, 1/2 tsp. Baking powder, 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 C. sugar, 2/3 C. pure pumpkin
FILLING: Makes enough for two cake rolls
1-8oz. cream cheese, 6 tbls. butter (soft), 1 C. chopped nuts, 1 C. sifted powdered sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 375, grease 10X15 jelly roll pan; line with wax paper, grease and flour paper. Sprinkle a towel with powdered sugar. Combine all dry ingredients (not sugar). In a bowl, beat eggs & sugar until thick, then add pumkin. tir in flour mix and spread evenly in pan. Bake 13-15 min. or until top springs back. Turn cake onto towel immediately. Peel off wax paper,roll up cake & towel together starting at narrow end. Cool on wire rack. Beat filling ingredients (except nuts until smooth. Carefully unroll cake, spread cheese mix & sprinkle on the nuts. Reroll cake & wrap in plastic & refrigerate.
