1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked as directed
1 small onion, chopped
1 can water chestnuts, drained & chopped (optional)
1 pkg. Knorr's vegetable soup mix
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Squeeze cooked spinach until dry. Combine all ingredients about 8 hours before serving. Serve with crackers, chips, or fresh vegetables. Keep refrigerated.
