2 lb. Mushrooms,
6 tbsp. Margarine,
8 oz. Cream cheese,
1/2 c. Blue cheese crumbled,
2 tbsp. Chopped onions

Directions:
Directions:
Remove stems from mushrooms and chop them fine to make 1/3 cup
In skillet saute mushroom caps for 5 minutes in butter
In separate bowl combine cream cheese and blue cheese, mix well. Stir in onions. Fill mushroom caps and place on cookie sheet and broil until browned.
