3 large onions, sliced
1 large green pepper, chopped
1 can (16 oz.) tomatoes
1/2 c. uncooked rice
2 tsp. salt
1-2 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. In a large oven-proof skillet, brown meat. Stir in onion and green pepper. Cook until vegetables are tender. Drain off fat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat through. Cover and bake 1 hour.
