1 lb. red cabbage, shredded ( 6 cups)
2 lg. carrots, shredded ( 1 1/2 cups)
2 tsp. salt
1 medium Granny Smith apple, cored and shredded (1 cup)
3 green onions sliced ( 1/3 cup)
4 1/3 tsp. cider vinegar
4 1/2 tsp. honey
1 Tbsp. celery seeds or 1 tsp. caraway seeds.
3 Tbsp. olive oil
ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl combine cabbage, carrots, apples and onions. For dressing: In small bowl combine remain ingredients, whisk in the oil until mixture is slightly thickened, season to taste with pepper, pour dressing over cover mixture toss to combine, cover and chill for 1 hr.
