Ingredients:  
1 c sugar
3 eggs (separated)
1 1/2 c boiling water
juice of 2 lemons
5 T flour
dash salt
1 T butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mis flour and sugar together and add to the boiling water, stirring until the mixture thickens. Add the butter, salt and lemon juice. Pour mixture into well beaten egg yolks, return to heat and cook 2 minutes. Pour into baked pie shell and cover with meringue.
Meringue:
Beat egg whites until stiff adding 3 T powdered sugar and 1/4 tsp lemon extract.
Bake at 325 degrees until browned.
