3 eggs
1 c oil
2 c brown sugar
3 c grated squash
2 tsp flour
3 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
3 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cloves
1/2 c raisins
1/2 c nuts
1/2 c apricots
1/2 tsp lemon zest (optional)

Mix eggs, oil, brown sugar, squash and vanilla. Blend in remaining ingredients. Bake at 325 until done.
