2 bunches of broccoli
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
10 strips of bacon fried crisp and crumbled
Dressing:
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
4 T. red wine vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the floweretts from the stalk.
In a medium size bowl mix the broccoli, cheese and bacon.
Mix together the mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar and pour over the broccoli.
