4 eggs - beat until stiff
2 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 pint cream - not whipped
2 tbsp vanilla
1 1/2 c. buttered, salted & toasted chopped pecans
2 1/2 - 3 qts. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Heat eggs, sugar & some of the milk until sugar dissolves but do not boil. Add vanilla, pecans & cream to mixture & pour in ice cream maker adding remaining milk to fill line. Freeze according to freezer directions.
