1 c flour
1 T baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 T sugar
1 egg
2/3 c shortening
3/4 c water
1 large can apple pie filling
1 T lemon jouce
1/2 T cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Makes it's own crust as it bakes. In small mixer bowl, combine flour, baking powker, salt, sugar, egg, shortening and water. Blend well. Pour batter into a 9 inch pie pan. combine pie filling, lemon juice and cinnamon. pour into center of batter, Do Not Stir. Bake at 425 degrees for 45 - 50 minutes. Mincemeat filling may be used instead of apple.
