2 jars Marinated Artichoke Hearts, undrained
1/2 Onion, chopped
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar Cheese
1/2c. Bread Crumbs
1/4tsp. Salt
1/8tsp. Pepper
2tbsp. Parsley
4 Eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Drain marinade into hot skillet and saute onion, artichoke hearts (chopped), and garlic. In a separate bowl, beat eggs and add bread crumbs before mixing all ingredients together. Press into 9x9 square pan and bake at 325 for 30 minutes. Cut into bite size squares and serve warm with chunks of sourdough bread
