16 oz. refried beans
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. taco seasoning
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 oz. cheddar cheese
1 medium tomato
1/2 onion
1 c. shredded lettuce
1 tsp. parsley
Tortilla chips

Spread refried beans over bottom of casserole baking dish. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, taco seasoning and garlic. Spread this mixture evenly over beans. Spread cheddar cheese over this and then bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Dice tomatoes, onions and parsley. When finished baking, add lettuce first, then onions, then tomatoes, then parsley. Garnish with additional sour cream. Serve with chips.
