3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp flour
1 c milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 c sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 bunch (about 1 1/2 lbs) cooked fresh broccoli
1 c soft bread crumbs
2 tbsp butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a saucepan. Blend in flour. Add milk and cook until medium thickness, stirring constantly. Add salt, pepper and cheese, place broccoli and cheese sauce in alternating layers in 6x10 inch casserole beginning with broccoli and ending with cheese sauce. Mix bread crumbs with remaining melted butter and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 until crumbs are brown, 30-35 minutes.
