2 cups red wine
3 tbsp worcestershire sauce
4-5 dashes hot sauce
4 cloves minced garlic or 3 heaping tsp minced garlic from the jar
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 large or 2 medium pork tenderloins

Directions:
Directions:
Combine marinade ingredients and pour over pork loins; spoon and spread minced garlic to top of loin. Marinate at least 1-2 hours refrigerated. Cook indirectly on charcoal grill until internal meat temperature reaches 170º (40-50 min).There should be no pink in the center of loin and juices run clear.There may be a pink "smoke ring" on the outside edge of the meat...don't worry, this meat is done.

Of course, if you prefer a gas grill...just make sure your grilling method gets the pork done to at least 170 degrees.
