1 can condensed milk
1/4 c. lemon juice
3 eggs, separated (room temperature)
1/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 graham cracker crust

Directions:
Directions:
Start with condensed milk, add beaten egg yolks, slowly, a little at a time. Add the lemon juice. Pour into graham cracker crust. To make the meringue add the cream of tartar to egg whites and beat until stiff, add sugar a little at a time and then add the almond extract. Bake in oven at 350 until meringue is golden brown. Allow pie to cool. Cover and put in the refrigerator. Allow to chill several hours before serving.
