rip bread and pile into 9x13 pan
10 eggs, beaten, add 1/4 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheese, or more.
optional:
chopped onion,green pepper, bacon, or sausage

Directions:
Directions:
Pour the eggs on top of the bread.
Stir in optional ingredients and top with cheese

Bake 350 35 minutes
