1 c butter 1 c cottage cheese 2 c flour 1 can fruit pie filling
Blend cottage cheese and butter. Add flour and mix like pie dough. Chill for 3 hours. Roll out on floured board and cut using the top of the cottage cheese carton as a guide. Fill with 1 tsp fruit. Seal and bake for 20 minutes at 400º on an ungreased sheet. Top with icing.
