1 ( 8oz) pkg spaghetti 2 oz mushrooms 1/4 c flour 1/4 c butter 1 1/4 c milk 1/4 c cherry 1/2 lb cheese 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp nutmeg 2 cans of tuna
Cook Spaghetti according to package directions. Melt butter and stir in flour cook; slowly add milk and cook until thick. Add sherry, cheese, salt and nutmeg. Stir in tuna and cook spaghetti. Put in a baking dish and bake at 350º until hot and bubbly about 30 minutes.
