4 C. hot cooked rice
3 eggs, beaten
3 T. chopped green onions
1-9oz package frozen baby peas
1 lb. shrimp, chopped into 1/2 oieces
1/2 C. mushrooms, chopped
3 T. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a large frying pan with nonstick spray. Heat over medium heat until hot. Add eggs and onions; cook and stir 2 minutes or until eggs are firm. Add the rice and remaining ingredients; stir and cook 2-4 minutes or until heated to serving temperature.
