3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 egg
1 tsp. baking powder
Dash salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. diced apples (tart/cooking apples)
1 and 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, flour, and unbeaten egg. Mix well. Add baking powder, salt and vanilla and mix again. Stir in nuts and apples. Pour batter in greased 10-inch Pyrex pan. Cook 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with whip cream or ice cream.
