1 Cup Light brown Sugar
1 pkg. (3 5/8 oz) Butter Scotch Pudding(not instant)
1/4 Cup Sugar
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans
1 stick Butter
24 Frozen Dinner Rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour bunt pan.
Cut (saw) frozen dinner rolls in 1/2 and place in bunt pan.
Mix: Brown sugar and Pudding mix and sprinkle over frozen rolls
Mix: Sugar and Cinnamon and sprinkle over frozen dinner rolls
Add nuts to bunt pan
Melt 1 stick of butter and pour over top.

Cover with clean cloth and allow to rise at least 6 hours.

Bake at 350บ for 30 minutes

Let stand for at least 15 minutes before inverting onto a plate/platter.

I usually throw this together on Christmas eve and put it in the oven Christmas morning. It's become a family tradition in my house.
I think they call it monkey bread because the kids don't even bother to put it on an individual plate they just hover around it and pick at it saying "OH" "AHH" "MMM" and the occasional "YIKE, it's still hot!"
