1 c. reduced fat ricotta cheese
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp. minced garlic
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 c. crushed tomatoes
3 slices reduced fat mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ricotta cheese, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper together in a bowl. Heat oil in pan and cook the chicken breasts for about 12-15 minutes each side. Preheat oven to 350 F. Place cooked breasts in a rectangular baking dish. Top each breast with 1/4 cup of cheese mixture and tomatoes. Place one slice of mozzarella on each breast. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until done.
