1 box yellow cake mix
1 egg
1 stick margarine (melted)
1 c. chopped nuts
4 eggs
1 box powdered sugar
1 8 oz. cream cheese, softened

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first four ingredients and press into bottom of 13x9x2 glass pan. Mix the next three ingredients and pour on top of pressed layer. Bake at 325 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
