6- eggs, hardboiled and cooled
1 t. vinegar
1/4 t. pepper
1/4 t. paprika
2 T. mayonnaise
1/2 t. salt
1 t. mustard
1 t. minced onion

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolks. Place the yolks in a small bowl and mash until smooth. Add the balance of the ingredients, mixing well. Soon the mixture back into the eggs whiltes and sprinkle with paprika.
