1 1/2 teaspoons ground allspice
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground mace
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
Cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 7 ingredients in a small bowl. Rub chicken with spice mixture.

Prepare grill or broiler. Place chicken on grill rack or broiler pan coated with cooking spray; grill or broil 4 minutes on each side or until chicken is done.

I usually buy the thighs with bone in and skin still on and just remove the skin. Leave the bone in. This smells so goods on the grill.
