2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 stick butter
1/2 c. oil
1 c. water
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
2 eggs, slightly beaten



Icing:

3 tbsp. cocoa
1 stick butter,
1 box powdered sugar,
6 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
nuts if desired.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix by hand. Mix sugar, and flour, set aside. Melt 1 stick of butter, add oil, water, and cocoa. Add this hot chocolate mixture to the flour and sugar mixture using a spoon. Then add buttermilk, soda, cinnamon and vanilla flavoring, mix well. Mix slightly beaten eggs to mixture. Pour mixture into a 9x13 pan sprayed with Pam. Bake 325 for approximately 40 minutes. Middle of cake will spring back when done.

Icing:

Melt cocoa, and butter together and bring to a boil. Mix powdered sugar, milk, flavoring and nuts. Pour icing over warm cake.
