1 C. sourdough starter, page 122
1 T. sugar
2 T. olive oil
1 egg
1/2 t. soda
1 t. warm water
pinch of salt
flour as needed

Directions:
Directions:
Beat your egg in a small bowl. Add starter,sugar, olive oil and salt to the egg and mix together. Mix the soda with the water and add it to the mixture. Mix together, Bake on a 350 griddle until golden brown, flipping them over 1 time only.
