1 and 1/2 c. Crisco
2 and 1/2 c. sugar
5 eggs
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 tsp. coconut flavoring
1 can Angel Flake coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together sugar and Crisco until blended. Add eggs, one at a time. Sift together flour, salt and baking powder and add to cream mixture alternately with milk and flavoring. Add coconut after you have removed from mixer. Fold into tube pan. Start in cold oven. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
