3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda,
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1-1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
l tsp. butter flavoring
1 - 8 oz. can crushed pineapple
2 or 3 bananas
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix first 8 ingredients in a large bowl. Add undrained pineapple, bananas and nuts. Bake 350 for 1 hour, 5 minutes. Cool in pan for 1 hour.
