2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 stick of margarine
1/3 c. milk
1 t. vanilla
1 can shredded coconut (3/4 c.) or preferably two loose cups of fresh coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs with a fork; add sugar; melt and cool the margarine. Then add cooled margarine, milk, vanilla and coconut to egg mixture, mixing well after each addition. Place in unbaked pie shell and bake at 325 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
