1 c. quick cooking grits
3 c. boiling water
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/2 stick margarine
1 roll garlic cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook grits in 3 cups boiling water for length of time on grits box. Remove from heat and add garlic cheese sliced & margarine. Add other ingredients, mix & pour into greased casserole dish. Bake 350 for 30 min.
