1 c water 2 cloves 1 cinnamon stick Juice of 1/2 lemon 1 jigger whisky 1 tsp honey
Boil water, cloves and cinnamon for five minutes; add lemon juice and whisky. Heat over a low flame, but don't boil. Serve steaming hot in mugs; add honey to taste. You'll feel better right away when you curl up in bed with a mug of hot toddy-it warms down to the bone.
