Mix 2 cups flour, cup melted butter and 2 cups chopped pecans
pat mixture into 9 X 13 inch baking dish
bake at 375º until brown,,, about 15 min. cool
Mix 8 oz cream cheese, cup sugar,,, blend in cool whip spread over COOLED crust
Mix milk with instant pudding .. spread over top of cheese filling and chill 15 minutes
spread cool whip over pudding and sprinkle with chopped pecans,,, refrigerate...
