2 cups flour
2 sticks (1 cup) melted butter
2 cups copped pecans

cheese filling:
one 8 ounce cool whip
one 8 ounce cream cheese
1 cup confectioners' sugar

2nd filling
4 1/2 cup milk
3 pkgs of instant pudding (chocolate or lemon)

one 8 ounce cool whip
chopped pecans

Mix 2 cups flour, cup melted butter and 2 cups chopped pecans
pat mixture into 9 X 13 inch baking dish
bake at 375 until brown,,, about 15 min. cool
cheese filling
Mix 8 oz cream cheese, cup sugar,,, blend in cool whip spread over COOLED crust
2nd filling
Mix milk with instant pudding .. spread over top of cheese filling and chill 15 minutes
spread cool whip over pudding and sprinkle with chopped pecans,,, refrigerate...
