1 jar (7oz) roasted red peppers, drained
3/4 c half and half
1/3 c parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 c fresh basil leaves or 1 1/2 tsp dried basil
1 clove garlic
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
12 oz bow ties, cooked and drained

In blender of food processor combine first 7 ingredients. Cover and blend 20 seconds or until smooth. Toss with bow ties until well coated.
