1 large sirloin steak
1/3 c salad oil
1/3 c red wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp basil
2 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Trim excess fat from steak, and slash fat edge of steak at one inch intervals. Place steak in dish or pan large enough to allow steak to remain flat. Combine remaining ingredients; mix and pour over steak. Cover; chill 2 to 3 hours, turning several times. Grill to desired doneness.
