1 pkg Jiffy cornbread muffin mix
1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 cup milk
1 egg, beaten
1 small onion chopped
1 stick butter or margarine
1 cup sour cream
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the Jiffy Mix (dry), milk, sour cream, egg and melted butter. Add corn and cheese Mix together well.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour
