Round Bread
2 Large Potatoes Diced
4 Cups Chicken Broth
2 Cups Green Onions Diced
1/4 Cup Heavy Cream or Whipping Cream
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Hollow bread & keep top. Brush with butter and garlic, sprinkle with shredded cheese & bake at 350 for 10 min. with top. Set aside.

Cook potatoes in broth, onions, salt & pepper till tender. Strain and keep broth. Put potatoe mixture in blender then add back to broth. Heat or serve cold Garnish with parsley or chives. Serve in bread.
