3 whole chicken breast
1 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 can (16oz.) chicken broth
1/2 cup fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
2 pkg. frozen broccoli spears. Cooked as directed.
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken breast in slated water until tender, Remove skin and bones. Slice into large slices.

Melt butter in saucepan, stir in flour (do not brown). Stir in chicken broth, blend well. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Add salt and pepper. Stir in 1/4 cup cheese.

Arrange broccoli in shallow casserole dish. Arrange chicken slice over broccoli. Pour sauce mixture over chicken. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Bake 350 degrees 30 minutes or until heated through.
